Cancellation and Refunds
When you can change your mind, and how you get your money back.

The short version
If you subscribe as a consumer, you have 14 days to change your mind. Tell us within that window and we refund you — less a proportionate amount for what you've already used, if the service had already started.
1. Who this applies to
The right to cancel belongs to consumers: people subscribing outside a business. If you buy as a company and give a VAT number at checkout, this right doesn't apply — the cancellation rules in the Terms do instead.
2. How long you have
14 days from the day you subscribe. The deadline is the end of the fourteenth day, weekend or not.
3. What to know about a digital service
weblockai is usable the moment you subscribe. The law says that if the service starts within the 14 days, then on cancellation you pay a proportionate amount for the period you've used — and get the rest back.
That's why it says next to the "Subscribe" button that access starts immediately. By pressing it you expressly request that, and accept that cancellation is settled proportionately as a result.
In practice this rarely comes up: before anyone pays, they get 14 days of the whole thing free, with no card.
4. How to cancel
Send an email to hello@weblockai.com. This much is enough: "I am cancelling my subscription." Include the email address you registered with. No form to fill in, no reason needed.
We acknowledge your request the day it arrives.
5. When you get your money back
We start the refund within 14 days of your cancellation arriving, using the same payment method you paid with. We charge nothing for this.
When it shows on your statement depends on your bank — usually 3 to 10 working days.
6. If something is wrong with the service
If the service doesn't do what we said it would, that isn't a cancellation question but faulty performance — and you're owed your money back then too, beyond the 14 days. Write to hello@weblockai.com and we'll look at it together.
